3.1 Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are only accepted after we process payment and send an order confirmation.

4.1 Final Prices: Prices displayed on our website are final at the time you place your order, unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges may be additional.
4.2 Mispricing and Right to Cancel: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any related order, even if confirmed or paid. If payment was received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4.3 Promotions and Variations: Online prices may differ from other locations or promotions. In case of a conflict, promotional terms prevail.
4.4 Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and account information and promptly update it as needed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and will pay all charges, including taxes and shipping.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once the product is handed to the carrier or delivered to your address, title and risk pass to you.

All materials, designs, trademarks, logos, images, and text on our Services are owned by SBD Global Shopping or its licensors.

Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly between you and SBD Global Shopping. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us, and you release Shopify from all claims related to your use of our Services or purchases.

Personal information collected through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our site is hosted by Shopify, data you submit may also be processed by Shopify and third parties located outside your country. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

You confirm you own or have the right to submit your Feedback.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.

Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
23. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent version.
Material updates will be communicated as required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

এসবিডি গ্লোবাল শপিং (“আমরা”) এই স্টোর ও ওয়েবসাইট পরিচালনা করে আপনাকে মানসম্মত কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদান করতে। আমাদের স্টোর Shopify দ্বারা চালিত।
এই শর্তাবলী (“Terms of Service”) আপনার অধিকার ও দায়বদ্ধতা নির্ধারণ করে। আপনি সেবা ব্যবহার করলে এই শর্তাবলী ও আমাদের Privacy Policy [LINK] মানতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
১. অ্যাক্সেস ও অ্যাকাউন্ট

২. আমাদের পণ্য
পণ্যের রঙ বা চেহারা আপনার ডিভাইস সেটিং অনুসারে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
অনলাইন ছবির সঙ্গে পুরোপুরি মিলের নিশ্চয়তা নেই।
পণ্যের বর্ণনা বা প্রাপ্যতা নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৩. অর্ডার
আপনার অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র একটি ক্রয় প্রস্তাব। গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের আছে।
পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের পর অর্ডার গৃহীত হয়।
আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি [LINK] প্রযোজ্য।
পণ্য কেবল ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য, পুনর্বিক্রয়ের জন্য নয়।
৪. মূল্য, কর ও বিলিং
চূড়ান্ত মূল্য: ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত মূল্য অর্ডারের সময় চূড়ান্ত।
ভুল মূল্য ও বাতিলের অধিকার: প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে ভুল মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি। পেমেন্ট হয়ে থাকলে, দ্রুত রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
প্রমোশন ও পার্থক্য: অনলাইন ও অফলাইনে মূল্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
বিলিং তথ্য: সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান ও হালনাগাদ করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
ডেলিভারি সময় অনুমাননির্ভর। বাহক বা বাহ্যিক কারণে বিলম্বের দায় আমাদের নয়। পণ্য ক্যারিয়ারের নিকট হস্তান্তরের পর দায় গ্রাহকের।
৬. মেধাস্বত্ব
সব কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন, লোগো ও ট্রেডমার্ক এসবিডি গ্লোবাল শপিং-এর সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার বা কপি করা নিষিদ্ধ।
৭. ঐচ্ছিক টুল ও নতুন ফিচার
তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়। আমরা এর কার্যকারিতার জন্য দায়ী নই।
৮. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক থাকতে পারে। তাদের কনটেন্ট বা নীতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
৯. Shopify-এর সঙ্গে সম্পর্ক
আমাদের স্টোর Shopify দ্বারা পরিচালিত হলেও বিক্রয় সম্পর্ক সরাসরি আপনার ও এসবিডি গ্লোবাল শপিং-এর মধ্যে। Shopify আপনার লেনদেনের জন্য দায়ী নয়।
১০. গোপনীয়তা
আমরা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমাদের Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করি। Shopify-ও কিছু তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াজাত করতে পারে।
১১. মতামত ও ব্যবহারকারী কনটেন্ট
আপনার দেওয়া ফিডব্যাক বা রিভিউ ব্যবহার করার জন্য আমরা বৈধভাবে অনুমোদিত। আপনি জমা দেওয়া কনটেন্টের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
১২. ত্রুটি ও অসঙ্গতি
পণ্যের তথ্য বা মূল্যে ভুল থাকলে আমরা তা সংশোধন বা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
১৩. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার
অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ, স্প্যাম, ম্যালওয়্যার, বা অন্যের অধিকারে হস্তক্ষেপ নিষিদ্ধ। লঙ্ঘন করলে প্রবেশাধিকার স্থগিত করা হবে।
১৪. সমাপ্তি
আমরা যে কোনো সময় সেবা বন্ধ বা আপনার অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত করতে পারি। প্রাপ্য অর্থ পরিশোধযোগ্য থাকবে।
১৫. ওয়ারেন্টি অস্বীকৃতি
সব পণ্য ও সেবা “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়, কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া।
১৬. দায়সীমা
এসবিডি গ্লোবাল শপিং ও Shopify কোনো প্রকার পরোক্ষ, বিশেষ বা অনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়। আমাদের দায় সর্বাধিক পণ্যের ক্রয়মূল্য পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ।
১৭. ক্ষতিপূরণ
আপনার শর্তভঙ্গ বা আইনভঙ্গজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য আপনি আমাদের ও Shopify-কে দায়মুক্ত রাখবেন।
১৮. বিচ্ছেদযোগ্যতা
কোনো ধারা অকার্যকর হলে বাকিগুলো বহাল থাকবে।
১৯. অব্যাহতি ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ চুক্তি
কোনো অধিকার প্রয়োগ না করা মানে অব্যাহতি নয়। এই নথিই পূর্ণাঙ্গ চুক্তি।
২০. হস্তান্তর
আপনি আমাদের অনুমতি ছাড়া শর্তাবলী হস্তান্তর করতে পারবেন না। আমরা প্রয়োজনে হস্তান্তর করতে পারি।
২১. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত হবে এবং সব বিরোধ ঢাকার আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
২২. শিরোনাম
শিরোনাম শুধুমাত্র সুবিধার্থে, আইনি অর্থে প্রভাব ফেলবে না।
২৩. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। উপরে প্রদত্ত “কার্যকর তারিখ” বর্তমান সংস্করণ নির্দেশ করে। পরিবর্তনের পর সেবা ব্যবহার মানে সংশোধনে সম্মতি।
